Packaging Line Associates / Equipment Operators
LDB Beverage is growing, and we’re looking for dependable, motivated team members to join our packaging department!

We are currently hiring Packaging Line Associates with opportunities to train into Equipment Operator roles across our two packaging shifts.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on position where you’ll learn the flow of our packaging line and play an important role in keeping production running safely and efficiently. With the right skills, work ethic, and attitude, employees have the opportunity to receive training on four different machines.

Schedule

• 10-hour shifts
• Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday
• Overtime will be available as production needs require

Job Summary
As a Packaging Line Associate, you’ll support the packaging process before, during, and after production runs. Responsibilities include preparing packaging materials, loading cans, building boxes, palletizing finished product, and maintaining a clean and organized production environment.

This is an active role that requires attention to detail , teamwork, and the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment. Successful team members will have opportunities to develop additional skills and cross-train as Equipment Operators .

Key Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and be ready to work for every scheduled shift
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Prepare raw packaging materials for production
• Build boxes and load cans
• Palletize finished product
• Repack finished products
• Follow written SOPs and other instructions related to GMPs, SQF, organic, gluten-free, and other quality standards
• Follow all SQF requirements related to hygiene, attire, hand washing, personal items, illness, and other food-safety practices
• Complete all required production paperwork accurately and on time
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production area
• Complete assigned tasks within established timelines
• Work effectively as part of a team
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and remain active for 10+ hours/shift
• Strong attention to detail
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Self-motivated and willing to learn
• Dependable and accountable
• Willingness to work overtime as necessary

Preferred:

• Previous experience as a Material Handler, Packaging Line Associate, Equipment Operator, or in a similar manufacturing or production role
