Company DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Summary: Prepares monthly, quarterly and year-end financial statements/reportingpackages, and performs a wide variety of accounting analysis.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Performs a wide variety of accounting functions including:Prepare month-end closing and quarterly financial statementsPrepare journal entries and maintain general ledgerAnalyze and explain significant budget variancesPrepare annual budgetsPrepare CAM and Real Estate Tax reconciliationsPrepare workpapers for auditorsAnalyze available cash position of real estate projectsAssist management with special projectsAnalyze closing/financing documents to identify applicable accountingtreatment for the transactionsQualificationsPotential candidates should have at least three years of general accounting experience.
