You'll mentor a team of risk professionals while driving key programs suc, risk event management, and KRIs, always taking action with Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes.What you’ll do:Serve as the primary Enterprise Risk advisor for business lines, promoting a strong risk culture through effective guidance, challenge, and escalationPromote a strong risk culture by ensuring risk frameworks are translated into business processes, controls, and risk-management activitiesSupervise and mentor a team of risk professionals by providing leadership, coaching, oversight, and quality assurance across enterprise risk activitiesLead the governance and continuous enhancement of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) documentation and Process, Risk, and Control inventory (PRCi) practices, ensuring documentation supports effective risk managementOversee the execution and quality of the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) program by providing guidance, identifying trends and themes, and ensuring risks and control gaps are properly escalated and addressedDirect risk event management activities by providing governance and oversight over remediation efforts, monitoring risk trends, and ensuring timely resolution of risksOversee the development and continuous improvement of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support risk-informed decision-makingLead the development, enhancement, and implementation of Enterprise Risk Management initiatives, frameworks, and governance practicesProvide risk governance and oversight for business environment changes and strategic initiatives to support effective integration of risk management practices throughout change management initiativesAlways take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomesWhat you’ll need: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field5+ years of experience in financial services, risk management, audit, compliance, or a related disciplineStrong working knowledge of operational and enterprise risk management frameworks, internal controls, and risk governance practicesProven ability to independently manage complex risk initiatives and drive remediation across multiple stakeholdersAdvanced analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risk impacts and control effectivenessExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present risk insights and recommendations to senior leadershipProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to develop clear and concise risk reportingFrost Benefits:At Frost, we care about your health, your family, and your future and strive to have our benefits reflect that.
