The Role

The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat a broad outpatient caseload including:

• Orthopedic and post-surgical conditions
• Neurologic diagnoses
• Balance and vestibular disorders
• Functional mobility limitations
• Sports and overuse injuries

Therapists are encouraged to collaborate closely with colleagues, build meaningful patient relationships, and deliver individualized treatment plans focused on long-term outcomes and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations
• Develop individualized plans of care
• Deliver evidence-based outpatient therapy interventions
• Educate patients and families on treatment progression and home exercise programs
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Participate in mentorship, quality initiatives, and professional development activities
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture

Qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
• New graduates and experienced clinicians encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for patient-centered rehabilitation
• Interest in continued clinical growth and learning

Schedule

• Full-time outpatient position
• Two evening shifts per week required unless otherwise approved
