Fund Accounting Analyst

The ideal candidate will join a newly created Fund Accounting & Reporting team within a growing Accounting organization. This role will support fund accounting, financial reporting, and investment accounting activities while partnering with stakeholders across the organization to ensure accurate and timely financial information. Responsibilities Assist with fund accounting and financial reporting activities. Prepare account reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting schedules. Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. Analyze financial results and investigate variances. Partner with internal teams to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency. Maintain compliance with accounting policies and reporting requirements. Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3+ years of accounting experience in public accounting and/or industry. CPA required. MBA preferred. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. High emotional intelligence and a strong cultural fit. $95,000 - $100,000 base salary plus bonus opportunity. Hybrid schedule with work-from-home Fridays.
