The Wealth Strategist at Parallel Advisors is an associate level role, which will be joining a fast‑growing Registered Investment Advisory firm with a culture of entrepreneurship, education, and collaboration. As a Wealth Strategist, you will work closely with your Manager and team to support current clients and prospects through administrative and technical assistance work. A Wealth Strategist will be exposed to a fast‑paced work environment and work alongside experienced advisors with a wide range of expertise. Parallel Advisors fosters a collaborative culture, which will allow you to learn and get exposure to many different aspects of financial planning and investment management processes. This is a hybrid (in office 3x/week) position and will be based in either our Scottsdale or Dallas office. Responsibilities Act as liaison with existing clients to schedule and coordinate client meetings on a regular basis. Coordinate action items gathered from client interactions to improve the client experience and efficiency within the team. Gather information from clients and enter portfolio data into spreadsheets and update entries using our financial planning tool (MoneyGuide Pro). Help gather and distribute client information to outside professionals such as CPAs, bookkeepers, or estate planning attorneys on a regular basis. Assist in organizing work papers, scanning and uploading documents, onboarding new clients, and maintaining existing client records in our CRM system (we use Salesforce). Working cross‑functionally and collaboratively within the team to identify and delegate ad hoc client requests to appropriate team members. Work closely with advisors to assist in researching and presenting custom client projects and analysis. Qualifications Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced and deadline‑oriented environment. Ability to manipulate data via Excel (Formulas, VLookup, Pivot Tables, etc). Capability to manage multiple demands and competing priorities. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor’s Degree required. Financial services or bookkeeping experience a plus. Parallel Advisors is a fast‑growing, independent, Registered Investment Advisory firm.
