Part-Time General Secretary
West Des Moines Community Schools
Job Title
Performs all secretarial duties related to the functions of the school principal, including handling correspondence, appointments, filing, copying, and accuracy in handling assigned records and reports. Work effectively in a team office environment while serving the diverse needs of students, staff, parents, and community members. Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the beliefs of the school and model lifelong learning, active involvement, and continuous improvement.
Selection Procedure: Applicants with completed applications will be screened for the interview process. If you are selected for an interview, you will receive a call or email from the person involved with the hiring process. You will receive an email notification if you are not selected for an interview.
