Locum Tenens Psychiatrist-Houston (potential for Hybrid/telemed)

Part-Time or Full-Time Community Health Center (FQHC) Texas

We are seeking a Locum Tenens Psychiatrist to provide high-quality, compassionate behavioral health services at a community-based Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Texas. This role supports medically underserved populations and aligns with the Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model, emphasizing integrated, team-based care and innovation to improve patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.

This opportunity is available on a part-time or full-time basis and may include telepsychiatry services .

Assignment Overview

The locum psychiatrist will deliver comprehensive psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and adults , including evaluations, medication management, treatment planning, and ongoing follow-up. The provider will collaborate closely with primary care and behavioral health teams to ensure continuity of care and timely access to mental health services.
