Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – In-House Subacute Rehabilitation Company: Altamaha Health Center Location: 1311 West Cherry Street, Jesup, GA 31545 Employment Options Full-Time Part-Time PRN / Per Diem Flexible Scheduling Available Schedule Options Include: Traditional 5-day workweek Four 10-hour shifts (4x10) Three 12-hour shifts (3x12) Hybrid schedule with designated remote documentation/administrative time (based on department needs and performance) Flexible hours to support work-life balance Job Summary Altamaha Health Center is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and patient-focused Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing in‑house subacute rehabilitation team. Working under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will help residents recover from illness, injury, surgery, and hospitalization while maximizing their independence and quality of life.
