THE ROLE: Our Sales Development & Customer Service Rep is the friendly person who answers the phone when customers call, asks about their HVAC needs, and promptly schedules service appointments. Armed with an upbeat and positive attitude, you'll answer incoming phone calls and book both residential and commercial jobs. You'll promptly follow up on missed calls, respond to web form submissions, and make outbound calls to leads to help keep our service books full. You’ll work within ServiceTitan to keep our appointment calendar organized and customer/job information accurate. Coordinating with dispatchers and field technicians, you'll help ensure we efficiently take care of customers’ problems and support daily productivity.
