You will lead the care team, coordinate clinical activities, and ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily nursing operations for your assigned shiftProvide and oversee direct patient careAdminister medications and treatments as prescribedMonitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and leadershipSupport and supervise LPNs and CNAsMaintain accurate and compliant clinical documentationEnsure adherence to state, federal, and facility regulationsCollaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide quality careQualificationsGraduate of an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) programActive, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina (required)Current CPR certification required2+ years of nursing experience preferred, ideally in long-term care or rehabKnowledge of rehabilitative and restorative nursing practicesExperience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferredMust maintain all continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of NursingStrong leadership, clinical, and communication skillsWhy Join Cherrydale Post Acute?At Cherrydale, you’re not just taking a job—you’re joining a team that values longevity, teamwork, and meaningful care.
