Remote Title Attorney Opening

Title Attorney (Oil & Gas)
We are seeking an experienced oil and gas title professional for a fully remote role. This position offers a manageable billable hour goal, strong bonus incentives for hours billed beyond the target, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Experience (Must Have)
- Minimum 3+ years of oil & gas title experience
- Direct title experience in: Permian Basin, Bakken
- Title experience in the following states: North Dakota, Texas, Montana
- Candidates must have experience in the Permian Basin and Bakken to be considered
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct oil and gas title examinations and ownership analysis
- Review and interpret deeds, leases, assignments, curative documents, and related instruments
- Prepare title opinions, reports, and ownership summaries
- Identify and resolve title defects and curative issues
- Manage work independently in a fully remote environment while meeting billable expectations
Billable Hours & Bonus Structure
- 1,700 annual billable hour goal
- Bonus paid for every billable hour worked over 1,700
