Role Description
The Personal Voyage Consultant role is a full-time on-site position based in Sunrise, FL. The consultant will assist clients with booking luxury cruise experiences, providing customized recommendations based on their preferences and needs. Responsibilities include working closely with clients to plan itineraries, offering exceptional customer service, and maintaining ongoing communication to ensure satisfaction. The role also involves handling travel inquiries, processing reservations, and identifying opportunities to enhance customers’ vacation experiences.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Service and proficiency in Building Customer Relationships
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Sales techniques with emphasis on empathy and customizing experiences for clients
- Organized and detail-oriented approach to managing Reservations and Travel Planning
- Proficiency in using Office Software and Reservation Systems
- Dedication to providing a high level of service and ensuring client satisfaction
- Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry is preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a customer-facing, on-site environment
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet clients' diverse preferences and schedules
