The YMCA of Central Texas is seeking a Program Director for the PreK Extended Day program in Leander ISD. You will oversee day-to-day operations, hire and supervise staff, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with Texas childcare regulations while upholding YMCA core values. You will coordinate with Leander ISD, maintain safety standards, and deliver a high-quality experience for children and families.
