Cooper's Plumbing & Air is seeking an experienced, motivated HVAC Installation Manager to lead our residential installation department, develop skilled installers, improve operational efficiency, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

We're looking for someone who leads by example, values quality workmanship, thrives on accountability, and knows how to build a high-performing team!

What You'll Do

• Lead daily HVAC installation operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, coach, train, and develop high-performing installation technicians.
• Monitor installation KPIs, job completion rates, labor efficiency, callbacks, and profitability.
• Manage installation schedules, staffing, materials, and equipment to meet department goals.
• Conduct job site visits, quality inspections, one-on-one coaching, and technical training.
• Develop and enforce installation processes, safety standards, and accountability.
• Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications, applicable codes, and company quality standards.
• Collaborate with sales, service, warehouse, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage installation budgets, labor costs, material usage, and gross margins.
• Resolve customer concerns and operational challenges professionally and efficiently.
• Build a positive, safety-focused, results-driven installation culture.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience, preferably with leadership or management responsibilities
• Strong technical knowledge of residential HVAC systems, installation practices, and industry standards.
• Proven ability to lead teams, develop technicians, and maintain quality workmanship.
• Understanding of installation KPIs, job costing, labor efficiency, and profitability.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple installation projects and changing priorities.
• Proficiency with technology; ServiceTitan experience preferred.
• Commitment to safety, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet applicable driving, background, and drug screening requirements.
