Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare providers on payer reimbursement processes, claims submission, coding, and requirements
• Serve as field-based access and reimbursement expert, collaborating with sales and account management teams
• Conduct on-site assessments of provider education needs and facilitate stakeholder collaboration
• Proactively address patient access barriers using data analysis and account management
• Build relationships with customers and manage territory logistics, routing, and business planning

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or public administration
• Minimum five years of account management or reimbursement experience
• Deep knowledge of medication access channels and pharmacy/medical benefits
• Ability to analyze complex quantitative and qualitative data
• Understanding of healthcare ecosystem and payer dynamics across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial plans
• Strong critical thinking and relationship-building skills
