Fair Market Value Manager, Pharma Compliance

Novartis in East Hanover, NJ is seeking a Manager in the FMV/BFSF group to lead fair market value assessments for U.S. commercial entities and ensure CMS alignment. The role requires onsite 3x/week with hybrid flexibility. You will collaborate with Finance, Market Access, Patient Services and Medical teams to maintain WPDS, train staff, and manage relationships with external vendors.
