Maintenance Technician

Essential Responsibilities Completion of daily work requests, and event set‑up. Completion of project work, including but not limited to painting, furniture assembly and repair, faculty‑staff office moves, minor construction and repairs, etc. Preventative maintenance. Assist with campus security, and university safety policies, serving as a point of contact for local emergency responders in the absence of a Facilities Management supervisor on campus, securing the building if closing the campus, etc. Key / access distribution, and assist with ID card requests as necessary. Serve as back‑up driver for intercampus mail delivery. Assist with supplemental, daytime cleaning (primary cleaning happens in the evening). Other duties as assigned.
