Job Title Office Assistant Housing and Res Life Job Family and Department Job Family: Student Regular Wage Department: Housing and Residence Life Supervisor: Ashley DeFore Responsibilities Answer the phone Assist students and/or other visitors to the office Make copies and run errands Assist with other functions of the office, including special projects as assigned by the professional staff members Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel Knowledge of Publisher (or Canva) and PowerPoint preferred Event planning and research experience preferred but not required Pay and Schedule Pay Rate: $11.00 per hour Scheduled Hours: 40 Employment Dates Start Date: 05/3/2026 End Date: 08/31/2026 Legal Statement In adherence to the Immigration Control Act of 1986, all student employees must complete an Employment Eligibility Verification Form (I-9) and present documentation verifying citizenship or permanent residency.
