2:54pm-11:00pm QPS Employment Group is hiring a Mold Operator for a company in Germantown, WI. This is an associate to hire opportunity.

Mold Operator Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

• Operate injection molding machines according to work instructions and production schedules
• Load and unload parts from molds and machines
• Perform visual and basic dimensional inspections to ensure product quality
• Identify and report defects, machine issues, or material concerns to the supervisor
• Complete required production and quality documentation accurately
• Perform basic machine adjustments and minor troubleshooting as trained
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies
• Assist with material handling and packaging of finished products as needed

Mold Operator Requirements:

- Previous manufacturing or molding experience preferred (training provided) - Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks - Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail - Ability to read work instructions and follow quality standards - Strong attendance and reliability - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Ability to lift up to 15-30 pounds as needed - Frequent standing, bending, and reaching - Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with machines and noise
