Job Summary And Responsibilities As our Employee Health Nurse, you will serve as a critical clinician, safeguarding the well-being of our dedicated staff and fostering a healthy, thriving workplace community through expert assessment and intervention. Every day you will deliver comprehensive occupational health services, including complex pre-employment screenings, immunizations, acute injury assessment and management, case management, and proactive health education for our employees. To be successful in this role you must combine advanced clinical expertise with exceptional organizational and critical thinking skills, a compassionate approach, and a proactive commitment to promoting the health and safety of our valued employees, ultimately contributing to a healthier and stronger organization. We are offering $10k relocation assistance to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements. Job Requirements Associates degree Two years of clinical nursing experience Registered Nurse: AZ AHA Basic Life Support - CPR Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing, providing excellent customer service Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities/tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Windows Preferred Two years of Employee Wellness/HealthNurse experience and Electronic medical record experience Bachelors - BSN Where You'll Work Are you ready to join a healthcare family where your values align with ours?
