Job Description Role & Responsibilities Own Product Strategy and Roadmap for WGS NetOxygen Loan Origination System/Point of Sale System Ability to translate product strategy into a Product Roadmap both from an innovation and compliance perspective Incubate innovative ideas and build differentiators Represent WGS and a leader of product team Network with the Lenders, Analysts, Sales and Implementation teams to keep the roadmap at the cutting edge Mentor a team of product managers to detail the roadmap for execution Accountable for ROI on the product investments Qualifications Program Management Experience: 8-10 Years The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000. Compensation will depend on various factors, including geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), and other paid and unpaid leave options.
