Central Worship Director

The Central Worship Director provides leadership and support for worship across all LifeFamily campuses while leading worship primarily at the Austin Campus. Working under the vision and direction of the Chief Creative Pastor, this role develops leaders, strengthens culture, and helps maintain consistent, excellent worship environments church wide.

Success in this role will result in:

• Worship environments across campuses that are spiritually meaningful, musically excellent, and aligned with LifeFamily's vision
• Highly developed vocal teams that are coached and resourced for excellence
• Strong, supported campus worship leaders who are growing in leadership
• Consistent worship culture and musical alignment across all locations
• Clear, consistent systems for auditions, planning, scheduling, and team development
• A healthy, thriving Austin Campus worship team and experience that serves as a model for other campuses

Qualifications and skills include:

• Proven worship leader with strong vocal ability and stage leadership
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Pastoral heart with relational strength and emotional intelligence
• Organized and effective in planning and execution
• Experience in a multi-campus or large church setting preferred
• Alignment with LifeFamily theology, mission, and values
• Proficiency in Planning Center and common worship/production tools

Working relationships include:

• Reports to the Chief Creative Pastor
• Provides leadership and support to campus worship leaders
• Collaborates closely with Music Director, Production, and Communications leads

Schedule:

• Sunday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
