Full Time Nurse Practitioner Northeast Wisconsin Posted: December 15, 2024 Your Role As a full-time nurse practitioner, you’ll be the face of Pivotal Health, delivering: Friendly, compassionate, and convenient care in patients’ homes using a company-provided vehicle equipped with necessary supplies and tools. General and preventative care for all ages. Minor procedures (splinting, wound care, suturing). Specialist referrals and primary care follow-ups. Minimum Qualifications: At least 3 years of nurse practitioner experience in Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, or Family Practice. Unrestricted Wisconsin nurse practitioner license and national board certification. DEA license and prescriptive authority. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Skills and Competencies: Expertise in acute, chronic, and preventive care across diverse populations. Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Confidence in performing therapeutic interventions such as splinting and suturing. Technological aptitude, including comfort using mobile devices for charting and scheduling.
