About the Role The CNA/Transportation role is a multifaceted position that integrates patient care, logistical support, and supply management within a healthcare setting. The primary objective is to provide compassionate and efficient assistance to patients as a Certified Nursing Assistant, ensuring their comfort and safety during transportation within the facility. Minimum Qualifications Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification recognized in the state of Texas. Valid Driver's License (Good Driving Record) High school diploma or equivalent. Basic knowledge of patient care procedures and safety protocols. Ability to operate transportation equipment safely within a healthcare environment. Responsibilities Assist patients with mobility and transportation needs within the healthcare facility, ensuring their safety and comfort during transfers. Perform routine patient care tasks under the supervision of nursing staff, including hygiene assistance, vital signs monitoring, and basic patient support.
