TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Tyler, Texas, 75701!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Hours (07:00 - 19:00) Experience: Minimum 2 Years Preferred License: Must have a state or compact license in hand at the time of submittal. Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - Travel experience preferred - Experience with Epic charting system Description: This is a Telemetry nursing position focused on medical-surgical patients. The nurse will have a patient ratio of 1:6. The position may require floating to units with equivalent acuity. The unit consists of 36 rooms and beds. Previous charge experience is preferred. The nurse must possess skills in cardiac telemetry and management of various medical conditions. Experience with high flow nasal cannula, tracheostomy care, and interpretation of dysrhythmias is essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and administering blood products. Effective communication and coordination with interdisciplinary teams are important in this role. The candidate should be prepared to adhere to safety protocols and isolation precautions. Availability for half of contracted weekend shifts is expected. Compliance with all onboarding requirements is necessary for the start of the contract.
