This role is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, assisting with guest needs, resolving concerns, and providing clear guidance to ensure an exceptional guest experience.### ## **Key Responsibilities*** Greet guests warmly upon arrival and throughout their stay* Provide directions, information, and recommendations about hotel services and local attractions* Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns* Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction* Communicate effectively with various hotel departments (front desk, housekeeping, engineering, etc.)* Monitor lobby activity to maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming environment* Assist with special requests, including transportation, reservations, and concierge-style services* De-escalate guest concerns and find appropriate solutions in a timely manner* Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times**Compensation**### Tipped/Service Charge Eligible?
