We are seeking a Sterile Tech for the Operating Room. The position offers a night shift schedule. Candidates will work Tuesday through Friday. No weekend or holiday shifts are required. The responsibilities include decontamination and sterilization of surgical instruments. Candidates should have experience with the common equipment used in these processes. The role includes maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. This position does not allow for floating outside of the unit or on-call duties. Please ensure you are available for the full duration of the assignment. Shifts are structured with clear expectations regarding hours and duties. Experience: Minimum 2 years License: None required Certifications: BLS (AHA), CBSPD, Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) via HSPA Must-Have: - 2 years or more of experience in decontamination, sterilization, and assembly. - Knowledge of high-level disinfection methods. - Familiarity with Steris Sterilization, Vpro, and Medivator. - Skills in managing the sterilization process as a lead technician.
