Job Opportunity: General Cardiologist

We are looking for a full-time, board-eligible or board-certified General Cardiologist to join our growing practice in Anacortes, Washington. This is a remarkable chance to be part of a new cardiology initiative that has been serving the Anacortes community for over two decades. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and interpret echocardiograms, stress tests, and heart rhythm monitoring.
• Supervise device management and ambulatory advanced practice providers (APP).
• Conduct clinic appointments and follow-up cardiology visits.
• Participate in general cardiology hospital call coverage (1:4 ratio).
• Collaborate with a supportive, collegial group of healthcare professionals.
• Utilize the integrated Meditech Expanse EMR system across the organization.

Position Details:

• Full-time position at 1.0 FTE with a four-day work week.
• Primarily outpatient care from Monday to Friday, with limited inpatient consultations.
• Involvement in cardiac diagnostics, including stress testing, rhythm management, nuclear diagnostics, and device management.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual salary ranging from $553,414 to $676,394.
• Competitive base salary guarantee along with productivity incentives during the first year.

• Malpractice insurance, Washington State Medical License fees, DEA registration, and medical staff dues covered by the practice.
• Sign-on bonus of $30,000.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Ability to interpret echocardiograms is essential.
• Board certification or eligibility in Echocardiography is required.
• Must possess an active Washington State Medical License or be eligible to obtain one.
