Cardiac Sonographer

JOB SUMMARY Seeking a skilled and dedicated Echo Tech/Cardiac Sonographer to join our acute care hospital team. This role involves performing diagnostic cardiovascular ultrasound procedures to assess cardiac function and structure. Key Responsibilities Perform diagnostic echocardiograms, including transthoracic, transesophageal, and stress echocardiograms. Operate ultrasound equipment to acquire high-quality diagnostic images. Analyze and interpret sonographic data to identify abnormalities and assess cardiac health. Document patient findings accurately in the medical record. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols. Schedule / Shift Variable shifts, all 10 hours. Weekdays start at 10:00. Weekends start at 08:00. Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Echo Tech/Cardiac Sonographer. First-time travelers are accepted. Must be available to work weekends for the first 8 weeks. No on-call requirement. Certifications ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) CCI (Cardiovascular Credentialing International) Experience 2 years of experience in echocardiography. Skills Proficiency in performing a wide range of echocardiographic procedures. Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and pathology. Ability to operate and maintain ultrasound equipment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
