Account Manager

Atrium is seeking an Account Manager on behalf of our client to support customer onboarding, account setup, pricing updates, and operational coordination across multiple systems. This role works closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure accurate data management and smooth account transitions. Key Responsibilities Set up and maintain customer, vendor, and product records in company systems Manage pricing updates, audits, and data accuracy across platforms Support onboarding projects, account transitions, and supplier coordination Assist with reporting, issue resolution, and process improvements Coordinate order activity, account updates, and operational support tasks Qualifications 2+ years of customer service/account management experience High school diploma required; additional business or technical coursework preferred Experience with Salesforce or similar platforms Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Background in operations support, customer service, or data administration helpful Industry experience in manufacturing, healthcare, distribution, or related environments is a plus Opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment supporting operational efficiency and customer success Benefits If eligible under the ACA, medical, dental and vision benefits and time off in accordance with local paid sick time laws will be offered.
