Customer Support Specialist

I am at least 18 years old I am legally authorized to work in the United States Spherion Gainesville, FL has a local client seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join their successful team. Location: Gainesville, FL Pay Rate: $21.59/hr Schedule: Able to work nights, weekends, and be on call as needed Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available) Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for customer technical support issues. Provide basic troubleshooting and support (e.g., password resets, account assistance). Route tickets and elevate issues to Level 2 and Level 3 support as needed. Perform limited billing functions, including: Reviewing service agreements and contracts to determine charges and terms. Performing basic financial calculations (e.g., service charges, prorations, amounts due, discounts).
