If your idea of fun involves blending, fading, and creating great vibes, Floyd's 99 Barbershop in Aurora, CO is the place for you! We're looking for a full-time Cosmetologist – Barber Stylist who's ready to bring the noise, the charm, and the kind of cuts that make people stare ( in a good way ).
You'll earn an uncapped commission starting at 40% and climb to 55% or get a guaranteed minimum wage. You'll always take home whichever is higher! We reward performance weekly, so the more you bring in, the more you take home - simple, fair, and fully in your hands. Our barbers and stylists usually take home an average of $33.50 – $66/hour .

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Active Colorado barber or cosmetology license
- Passion for customer service and bringing joy to others
- Strong work ethic and a motivation to do an excellent job
- Reliability, punctuality, and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, push, and pull 25 lbs.
- Ability to work weekends and nights to meet client availability
