In-Home Sales Representative

Pay & Compensation

• Base Salary + Commission Structure (performance-based)
• On-Target Earnings: $80,000 – $100,000+ annually
• Uncapped commission potential

About the Role
As an  In-Home Sales Representative , you’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners and provide customized bath remodeling solutions. This is an outside sales role where you’ll use advanced technology to design and present high-quality products directly in the customer’s home.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home presentations using our iPad-based sales system
• Design personalized bath solutions using company software
• Provide accurate pricing and close sales
• Attend ongoing weekly sales training to enhance performance

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Previous in-home or outside sales experience preferred (home improvement a plus)
• Comfortable presenting and speaking with confidence
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
• Reliable transportation and local residency required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
