Guest Services Agent

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Have you ever dreamed of being a part of the Blue Mountain Resort team? Winter season is right around the corner, and we want YOU for Blue! Seasonal Guest Services Agents are responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests at the resort during our winter season. We are seeking an on-site , punctual, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited for an opportunity to provide a guest with an experience that is beyond their expectations and to create guests for life.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Minimum 16 hours per week preferred.
• Must be available to attend paid training sessions mid-November, with a tentative season start (weather permitting) the first week of December.
• A willingness to work a flexible schedule on-site , including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• The desire to be an integral part of a growing resort team.
• A friendly, guest-focused, and responsive attitude.
• A high level of organization and time management abilities.
• The ability to juggle and prioritize changing tasks and various guest needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional listening and communication skills.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

• Provides exceptional service while helping guests select products and packages that best suit their individual needs.
• Conducts ticket sales and rental transactions in a courteous, service-oriented manner.
• Responds in a positive and helpful manner while addressing guest questions and concerns.
• Identifies opportunities to recommend and upsell products and services to visitors.
• Performs general clerical duties.
• Maintains cleanliness of workspaces and surrounding areas.
