We are seeking a results‑oriented and influential leader to drive operational efficiency and cost optimization initiatives across North America Land (NAL) and Canada. The role requires strong stakeholder influence, cross‑functional relationship building, and strategic program leadership to improve fleet performance, operational effectiveness, and cost management. Responsibilities Deliver truck right‑sizing strategy in cHD, MD and LD truck sales plan for 2026. Develop long‑term fleet insight. Define and implement ordering entry team optimization strategy. Reduce operational expense spend, including LD premium fuel and non‑fuel purchasing. Optimize indirect spend – forklifts, water, fuel, truck spares. Track and report AHA metrics: last‑mile efficiencies, truck sales, fleet operational metrics. Implement employee engagement initiatives and career‑growth plan actions. Qualifications Successful influencer with the ability to drive initiatives to completion. Strong relationships across NAL and Canada. Experience leading cost‑out and optimization projects. Solution‑oriented and systems mindset. High say‑/do ratio. Financial acumen. Operations and supply‑chain experience. Bachelor’s degree. Five years of experience in oil & gas or manufacturing.
