Front Office Manager

We are recruiting for a Front Office Manager for our Holiday Inn, Joplin MO.

Job Details:

• The ideal candidate will have prior hotel supervisory experience, IHG preferred.
• This nine-year-old 115-key hotel is a market leader.
• We are looking for an energetic self-starter that can drive guest service, and create a team atmosphere and a positive work environment.
• Ample room for advancement with one of the Midwest's fastest-growing hotel owners/ operators.

Duties include:

• Compliance with IHG policies and procedures.
• Training of front office associates.
• Recruiting.
• Driving guest service.
