Job Title: Onsite Construction Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Onsite Construction Manager/Superintendent to lead and oversee all onsite construction activities. This role involves managing subcontractors, trades, and daily site operations to ensure the successful execution of project schedules and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage all onsite construction activities.
• Oversee subcontractors, trades, and daily site operations.
• Execute project schedules and sequencing.
• Ensure quality control and installation standards.
• Enforce safety compliance and site rules.
• Coordinate inspections and commissioning activities.
• Work closely with project managers and client representatives.

Essential Skills

• Extensive experience in subcontractor management and scheduling.
• Proven track record in industrial, manufacturing, or plant environments.
• Strong skills in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and process systems.
• Expertise in quality control and safety management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 8–20+ years of field experience.
• Leadership experience with multi-trade crews.
• Experience in MEP/process systems is preferred.

Work Environment

The role involves working on some of the largest industrial projects, with a primary focus on solar manufacturing facilities. The position is based in various locations across the US, with travel required. Projects include working with top clients like Canadian Solar. The first project would be based out of Jeffersonville, IN.

This is a Permanent position based out of Jeffersonville, KY.

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/yr.

401k- 3% match health insurance 3 weeks PTO plus sick days

This is a fully onsite position in Jeffersonville,KY.

This position is anticipated to close on Jun 9, 2026.
