You'll independently manage a portfolio of moderate to strategic client projects, leading end-to-end delivery of technical and service aspects while developing effective solutions for optimal outcomes. As part of our collaborative team, you'll serve as the key liaison between customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring consistent project execution from initial discussions through completion. This role offers the opportunity to shape client strategy, improve processes, and support team members while contributing to our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer.Requirements:Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience in project management or client-facing rolesPreferred Fields of Study: Life Sciences, Engineering, or health-related fieldProject Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferredExpertise in clinical trials, pharmaceutical, or biotech industry preferredStrong proficiency in project management methodologies, tools and best practicesAdvanced skills in budget management, forecasting, and financial trackingDemonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects independentlyExcellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to work effectively at all levelsStrong problem-solving abilities and record of implementing effective solutionsProficiency in relevant systems (Salesforce, ERP, MS Office Suite, project management tools)Experience with GMP/GxP regulations and quality management systemsProven ability to build and maintain strategic client relationshipsExceptional organizational and time management capabilitiesAbility to support and guide team members and provide project leadershipMay require up to 25% travelForeign language skills beneficialAbility to work effectively in a collaborative matrix organization
