NextGen Hospitality Solutions is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) division in Pasadena. This full-time, on-site position offers a remarkable opportunity to lead a dynamic team and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
As the Restaurant General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and service. You will play a crucial role in implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, optimize efficiency, and achieve financial goals. We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $70,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth in the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering to minimize waste
- Prepare financial reports and manage budgets to achieve profitability
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints effectively
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role in the QSR industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Understanding of financial management and budgeting
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the restaurant industry
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
