This is not an entry-level “stand around and wait” sales role. We are looking for individuals who are hungry, coachable, and willing to put in the activity required to build a strong pipeline and maximize earnings. Position Overview As an Appointment Setter, your primary responsibility is generating opportunities through door-to-door outreach in residential neighborhoods throughout the Greater Memphis area. Your role is to create qualified inspection appointments for our sales team while maintaining accurate activity tracking and delivering a professional customer experience. Success in this role comes down to four key metrics: Doors Sets Shows Revenue Compensation Structure

• 1 per door hit
• 50 per completed inspection

3% commission on closed jobs Paid after install and collection $10 bonus per verified 5-star review Monthly goal of 8 verified 5-star reviews Performance Expectations – Minimum Standards 300 verified doors knocked per week Daily activity tracking and reporting All activity must be verifiable All inspections logged in Spotio Maintain quality appointments and professionalism KPI Benchmarks Tier 1 – Minimum Standard – EARNS $1,100 A WEEK ON AVERAGE: 4% set rate, 70% show rate, Approximately 8 completed inspections per week Tier 2 – Solid Performer – EARNS $2,100 A WEEK ON AVERAGE: 7% set rate, 70% show rate, Approximately 15 completed inspections per week Tier 3 – Elite Performer – EARNS $2,900 A WEEK ON AVERAGE: 10%+ set rate, 70%+ show rate, 20+ completed inspections per week Responsibilities Canvass residential neighborhoods door-to-door Generate qualified inspection appointments Build rapport with homeowners and educate them on our services Accurately log all activity and appointments in Spotio Maintain consistent follow-up and communication with the sales team Help maintain a strong company reputation through professionalism and customer service Generate positive customer reviews after completed inspections and projects Meet or exceed weekly activity and performance standards Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods daily Ability to handle rejection and stay positive Reliable transportation required Sales, canvassing, customer service, or roofing experience is a plus, but not required Must be coachable, dependable, and performance-driven Advancement Opportunities 4 consecutive weeks at Tier 2 performance = promotion eligibility 2 consecutive weeks at Tier 3 performance = fast-track promotion opportunity Accountability & Culture We believe quality matters more than quantity.
