Engineering Manager - Modular Construction Salary: $87,000 - $95,000 per year Job Overview We are a 50+ year old engineering and construction company specializing in California DSA approved portables and California DOH/HCD modular construction. Key Responsibilities Strong leadership and team oversight, including the ability to guide, mentor, and develop engineering staff. High‑level engineering judgment, with the ability to review and interpret plans, specifications, and structural calculations. Deep understanding of engineering standards and building code requirements to support decision making and ensure compliance. Workflow and project management, including prioritization, quality control, and cross‑department coordination. Qualifications Engineering degree or equivalent years of experience.
