EPIC charting experience
Respiratory care skills including airway management
Current knowledge of endoscopic procedures


Description:
The Endoscopy Registered Nurse is responsible for providing patient care in the endoscopy unit.
The nurse must have experience in scrub roles and be familiar with various endoscopic procedures.
The shifts available include 5 shifts of 8 hours or 4 shifts of 10 hours per week.
Weekend call rotation is included, requiring on-call hours on four weeknights in a six-week schedule, plus one weekend.
The nurse will be involved in patient monitoring and assessments before and after procedures.
The role requires knowledge of equipment such as balloon dilators and electrosurgical units.
Candidates will be responsible for the handling and labeling of specimens.
Patients may include adolescents, neonates, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.
The position is focused on providing excellent care and maintaining high standards of practice.
All candidates must work a holiday or take call during the contract period.
