Required

- Operate CNC fiber laser equipment to produce precision sheet metal components
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders
- Set up equipment and load materials for production runs
- Monitor machine performance to ensure quality and efficiency
- Perform inspections using calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and other precision measuring tools
- Identify and report quality concerns or non-conforming parts
- Complete production and quality documentation
- Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
Required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience operating CNC fiber laser equipment or similar fabrication machinery
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience using precision measuring instruments
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Commitment to quality, accuracy, and workplace safety
- Sheet metal fabrication experience
- Forklift certification or experience
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles
