Field Sales Representative

Better Days Collective is a locally owned and operated Arizona non-alcoholic beverage brand on a mission to grow our footprint across the Valley (and beyond!). We're relationship-driven at our core — we care about building real community, not just closing transactions. We care deeply about our business partners and want to see them grow right alongside us. We're founder-led, scrappy, and looking for someone who wants to build something with us — not just clock in and out. About the Role We're on the hunt for a driven, entrepreneurial field sales rep to help us grow. You'll step into an existing book of business as your foundation, with real upside as you prospect, open new accounts, and build relationships across the Valley. This is a commission-only gig so we're not expecting full-time hours (that wouldn't be fair for part-time pay!). Most of the work happens in the mornings, roughly 10am–4pm, when buyers are in-store for orders and deliveries. Expect somewhere in the range of 15-22 hours a week, depending on order volume and delivery needs. Honestly, this role is a great fit if you already have another part-time gig, especially in field sales or CPG, and want to add a flexible side hustle with serious growth potential. What You'll Do Prospect and open new retail/wholesale accounts Manage and grow your existing account base Deliver product to accounts (comfortable lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs) Merchandise product at point of sale Educate retail staff (managers, clerks, and consumers) on our beverages and their functional benefits Run demos and samplings to build brand buzz and drive sales Handle light admin tasks tied to accounts and orders What We're Looking For 1–2 years of experience in field sales or as a brand ambassador, ideally in CPG Organized, self-motivated, and able to run your own schedule and pipeline Comfortable with a flexible, mostly-morning schedule that flexes around buyer availability and delivery windows Reliable vehicle and willingness to drive around Greater Phoenix, with occasional trips to Tucson and Flagstaff CRM experience preferred, but not required An entrepreneurial spirit, you see this as your business to grow, not just a task list Compensation & Growth Commission only, with an existing book of business to build from Real potential to grow into a full-time role as sales increase Stock option potential for the right person who's ready to grind and grow with us long-term If you want more than a job... if you want ownership, community, and a seat at the table as we grow we'd love to talk. #J-18808-Ljbffr
