Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, BC - Freehold, NJ

Position Overview Seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Board certified with experience prescribing to the psychiatric population. This hybrid position requires at least 2 days weekly in our Freehold, NJ location, with evening hours possibly needed. We support work/life balance through ample charting time built into the schedule, daily office hours for additional administrative, training or collaborative tasks, and a dedicated administrative assistant for the prescribing team. Role Responsibilities Perform psychiatric evaluations and medication management services, maintaining clinical records accordingly. Conduct necessary psychiatric case management. Provide and demonstrate a knowledge base for the implementation of each patient’s treatment plan. Prescribe medication when clinically indicated. Prepare and attend to all reports necessary for provider engagement. Utilize the EMR system for scheduling, telehealth visits, and documentation. Collaborate with members of the multidisciplinary treatment team inside and outside of the Tree of Life family. Comply with local, state, and federal confidentiality laws and regulations. Abide by policies, procedures, and related compliance measures.
