This full-time position requires an individual with extensive experience in construction administration, project coordination, and contract management. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting project management, operations, and accounting teams, ensuring that all project documentation and compliance requirements are met efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities Conduct contract review and compliance management, including identifying and tracking key contract requirements such as insurance, bonds, and project-specific compliance. Manage project setup and handoff processes, ensuring all startup documentation is complete and accurate. Administer subcontract agreements, ensuring compliance with all required documentation and tracking execution status. Coordinate change order administration, maintaining comprehensive records of contract modifications. Oversee project administration and document control, ensuring all project records are accurate and up-to-date. Provide labor compliance support, including coordination of documentation and reporting requirements. Support billing and accounting by managing preliminary notices, lien releases, and contract documentation for billing purposes. Maintain project tracking logs and generate reports related to contracts, compliance, and project status. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in construction administration, project coordination, or contract administration. Strong understanding of commercial construction contracts and project documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PDF software. Excellent organizational, communication, and follow‑up skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Experience with commercial fencing, specialty contracting, or subcontractor operations is preferred. Required Work Hours Monday to Friday, first shift.
