The Heritage Center & Horizons Rehabilitation is hiring a PART TIME Activities Assistant! This position will have daytime hours and includes occasional weekends.
We're looking for a kind-hearted individual that enjoys creative activities and making connections with residents.

Qualifications:
- Must possess communication and people skills
- CNA certification preferred but not required
- Experience working in long term care or dementia care preferred
