Chief Administrative And Compliance Officer

Rogue Community Health (RCH), a non-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) located in Jackson County, Oregon, is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Chief Administrative and Compliance Officer (CACO) to join our organization. Our CACO will lead four mission-driven and highly skilled departments.

RCH was born in 1971 with the sole purpose of creating a health care facility that placed priority on safe and equitable access without judgment, and this is exactly the work we do today. Our purpose and commitment have not changed in over five decades.

Today, Rogue Community Health provides a wide range of services within seventeen sites including primary medical, mental, and behavioral health, dental, outreach, pharmacy, administrative support, and student healthcare. Our next CACO will lead foundational administrative areas within RCH - Human Resources, Communications and Development, Compliance, Facilities and Maintenance, and our site Planning and Design Team.

As an Executive Team Member, this role requires collaborative and dynamic skills in the areas of:

  • Executive team collaboration.
  • Stellar communication threads between departments, within teams, and individually.
  • Strategic and forward-thinking leadership.
  • Program and project development.
  • Development of workforce pipelines
  • Creative recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Enhancing the overall "employee experience" and company culture.
  • Developing and implementing long-term facility, site, and grounds strategies.
  • Creating safe, effective, and pleasing environments for both staff, patients, and community.
  • Policy and procedure creation and adherence.
  • Financial, operational, and legal compliance.

Our next CACO will ensure strategic clarity and Mission alignment; develop integrated organizational plans; lead transformational change; foster community awareness; represent our organization both internally and externally; prioritize initiatives; allocate resources efficiently; promote a "one team" culture; foster an environment of continuous development, growth, and improvement; and travel to and explore resources locally, within the State of Oregon, and nationally.

Education: BS/BA in business administration or other related field required, or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Masters preferred. Experience in Health Care Administration is desirable.

Experience: Minimum 10 years' demonstrating progressively more responsible senior level experience in related capacities. Non-profit healthcare experience highly preferred.

Licensure/Certification: SHRM-Certified Professional, Certified in Healthcare Compliance, or similar certifications is desirable.
