Join Baylor Scott & White All Saints Medical Center - Fort Worth as a Registered Nurse Status: PRN Shift: 12 Hour Nights Unit: Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) Unit Description: Our IMCU is a fast‑paced environment that includes high acuity patients. It is the largest single unit at All Saints, offering exposure to a variety of patient populations including cardiac, nephrology, hepatology, and neurology. It is designated for cardiac and stroke acute care with IV drips such as heparin, Cardizem, and dobutamine.
